Philip Weeks - 2plan Recruitment Director

Philip was one of the Founder Recruitment Directors to join 2plan in 2007 covering the Southern Counties of England. Philip has spent the past 24 years in the Financial Services Industry recruiting and assisting in the development of firms and individuals introduced for a variety of "tied", "multi tied" and Independent organisations. Although not an actual adviser, up until very recently Philip has maintained his IFA license, sitting his annual exams, as he felt it was appropriate to keep up to date with industry and product changes to appreciate what IFA's may be facing themselves.

Philip has held a number of managerial positions over the past 24 years from Branch Manager to Recruitment Director achieving recognition for a number of companies as one the top Recruitment Consultants within the Industry. He has also had time to manage his own firm of 12 advisers linked to one of the major Product Providers and previously has been an Instructor Trainer for the Internationally recognised Dale Carnegie Corporation plc.

Outside of work, Philip enjoys a variety of sports including, football, running, skiing and cycling. He is married with 2 teenage sons.
