Andrew Liddle, recruitment director

This is Andy’s 21st year in Financial Services. Previously an IFA, Andy has gone on to hold various senior management positions within blue chip companies. More recently Andy has worked across IFA, multi-tied and tied distribution channels, assisting in the significant growth of these models. Andy completed an MBA in 2006 which provided the theoretical balance to a CV that was hugely experience based. This new strategic foresight, coupled with an in-depth knowledge of the industry, means Andy is well placed to assist IFAs with whatever model they currently find themselves in, and with wherever the RDR and future legislation may lead.

Andy is married with 4 children, and in his spare time is an FA qualified football coach.
